Our local environment is facing problems such as locust invasions famine which contributes to food insecurity and floods all of which have come about thanks to climate change. Co2 emissions also play a big role as it contributes to global warming which is making our climate more and more unpredictable. Tree cutting only makes the problem worse as it decreases the amount of co2 that can be taken in by the environment naturally and increase the amount taken in by the atmosphere.
